South of the Antarctic Convergence, the South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands (SGSSI), are among the least explored places on earth.
South Georgia was aptly described as looking like an Alpine mountain range rearing up out of the sea, blending awesome scenary with an ever greater wildlife, and a very interesting historical background, including Sir Shackleton's famous crossing in 1916.
The very few who are lucky enough to reach the South Sandwich Islands are also impressed by the beauty and remoteness, but on a even more adventurous way. Those islands are windswept, hard to land on, often swathed in mist, and in the case of Zavodovski Island, even volcanic gases are possible, but the landscapes and huge rookeries well worth the visit.

Sailing on small Cruise Yatch for less than 10 passengers, we offer a truly special experience.
